Terms and Conditions

We are delighted to say that we have an excellent relationship with our clients, some of whom we have been dealing with since we fist started in 1997.

However, needless to say, it is necessary for us to publish a set of terms and conditions. All work we undertake is subject to these terms unless we specifically state otherwise in writing. Any contradicting terms in any purchase order you place do NOT amount to a variation in our terms which shall be the ONLY terms applicable to any contract we enter into.

Due to the variety of work we undertake, and the number of different products and services we offer, these are necessarily longer than we would like - but there are no tricks in there!

We also carry £2million professional indemnity insurance to offer clients peace of mind, and certain terms are necessary in relation to this.

It is important that you do read our terms before commissioning us to undertake any work for you. If there is anything that you do not understand, or that concerns you,  then please do talk to us, and we will be more than happy to clarify things with you.
