Support - Webmail
Log on to our Webmail services:
We recommend that you use Outlook or similar on a day to day basis for sending and receiving email, but you can use Webmail to access your email from anywhere in the world when away from your usual PC.
We provide three alternative Webmail clients - they all perform the same fundamental tasks. Select your personal favorite:
NOTE: Your browser may warn you about an "invalid secure certificate". This is not a problem, and you need to instruct your browser to ignore/proceed (which it may say is not recommended).
NOTE: it is normal for Outlook (or similar) to remove mail from our server once it has downloaded it to your PC. Webmail can only display mail that has not already been removed from the server, so if you do wish to use Webmail whilst away from the office it is essential that either you have closed down Outlook on your "normal" PC, or have Outlook set up to leave a copy of mail on the server for an appropriate period of time (long enough to cover periods away).
You can, should you wish, use Webmail as your only method of reading email, but should you wish to work this way please ensure you delete all unwanted and old email at regular intervals to avoid the possibility of exceeding your mailbox quota or making the mailbox too large to manage effectively.
Please also be aware that if you do use Webmail exclusively, you will not be downloading mail to your PC and as such in the event of a server failure or any problems with connectivity (broadband problems or other network problems) you will be unable to read your historical email (received or sent) offline. The same typically applies if you use Outlook with IMAP rather than POP.
