If you have any technical problems with the services we provide, or you are a client and need general advice relating your use of the Internet (even where not directly connected with the services we provide), we aim to be available 24x7 wherever possible, but please note, we do not have offices manned 24x7.

We aim, wherever possible, to be available to you 24x7 to deal with any emergencies.
In the event of an urgent issue, no matter what time of day or night (or what day of the week), please follow the following procedure:

This line should always be answered 24x7 (barring power cut or system problem). It will either be answered by a human, or by a menu system (unless all lines busy, in which case please re-try).
If you receive the menu system, you can either leave a message, or follow the menu option for out of hours and emergency support (which will divert you to a mobile phone).
If our phone system is down or all lines are busy, then (possibly barring a line fault), dialing our normal number will result in your call being diverted to a mobile.
- Call our Lancaster Number 01524 409159 if you are unable to obtain a response from our Worcester number.
Our Lancaster number is manned during business hours, and if not answered is diverted to an employees personal mobile phone.

This mobile will be answered 24x7 unless engaged or out of mobile range (in which case please leave a message).
NOTE: Whilst we try our best to help you 24x7, there will be certain issues we cannot deal with out of hours, for example, if contacted by mobile out of hours we may not have immediate access to accounts or password data, and may not have immediate access to an Internet connection.
