If you have problems with either email or your web site please FIRST try performing a random Google Search.

If you are unable to do this then please reboot BOTH your PC and router or modem. Check all cables.

If this does not resolve the problem (and you can still not perform a Google Search) the problem would appear to be either your equipment or your broadband connection. Contact your broadband provider for help (that may be us, or it may be a 3rd party).  If we provided your equipment then please contact us even if we do not provide your broadband.

Your user name and password are the same as the ones for your web space and "catchall" mailbox (if you have one). Contact us on 01905 371041 if you do not have these (we will require proof of ID before giving such details over the phone).
 

• STATISTICS - click on the AW Stats Icon
• Access to WebMail - for all mailboxes on your account (click on the Email Accounts icon and you will see all accounts - with individual accounts listed first, and "catchall" at the foot of page). Click on the WebMail icon to the side of the desired account name to view that account in WebMail. NOTE: IGNORE any certificate security warning, and select Horde or Squirrel 
• Ability to view and change Spam Assassin settings (anti-spam) - Spam Assassin icon
• Ability to set up new email accounts - Email Accounts icon
• Ability to set up mail forwarders and auto responders - Forwarders icon under "Mail" section.
• Ability to park additional domain names and redirect them (e.g. to your existing web site) - Parked Domains icon under "Domains" section, and "Redirects" icon under same section.
• Numerous other functions

NOTE: - you do not NEED to view your control panel for anything at all - other than as a link to view your statistics. You can link to WebMail from our home page.  PinkDylan are happy to perform all other functions for you, removing any need for you to "do it yourself". However, the facilities are available to you should you wish to use them.

NOTE: - if you add a new mailbox or change the password of an existing mailbox we will NOT have any record of this and no means of seeing the new password. We will therefore not be able to provide you with log on details or check functionality for you without resetting passwords back to those we have on our records in the case of mailboxes we set up, or creating a new password for any you have created.
