We are passionate about support - and genuinely do our best to help clients -  even when their problem is not actually connected with the services that we are providing.

We understand that your use of the Internet - be that for a web site, e-commerce site or simply e-mail - is these days often regarded as "mission critical", and any issue that affect the services you receive from us, whether a problem at our end or yours, needs to be taken seriously and acted on quickly.

   If you do not receive an acceptably prompt response please call Matt or Graham on 01905 371041 
    
2. If you have an urgent problem in or out of business hours, please call Matt or Graham on 01905 371041.
   
   This number is often answered out of business hours. Sometimes (out of hours or because all internal lines are busy) you may reach an menu system answered by Trevor Harrison (who plays Eddie Grundy in "The Archers", the world's longest running radio serial). Eddie may be a bit of a lovable rogue, but he will guide you through the system, including a link to out of hours and emergency support that will divert you to Grahams mobile.
   
   If all else fails, call Graham's mobile direct on 077725 44706. Graham has his mobile with him at all times when out of the office, if you get to voicemail then he will either be engaged or out of mobile coverage - in which case leave a message ensuring to include your name and contact number (he may not have that with him) and he will get back to you as soon as possible.
   
   Graham also picks up email sent to support@pinkdylan.co.uk on his mobile.

  Remember, you receive a fully managed service, the only reason you may need to log on to your control panel is to view your visitor statistics (and we will advise you of these if requested). Please note that we will not have any formal record of any changes or additions you make yourself within your control panel.
