Before Calling us....
If you have problems with either email or your web site please FIRST try performing a random Google Search.

If you are unable to do this then please reboot BOTH your PC and router or modem. Check all cables.

If this does not resolve the problem (and you can still not perform a Google Search) the problem would appear to be either your equipment or your broadband connection. Contact your broadband provider for help (that may be us, or it may be a 3rd party).  If we provided your equipment then please contact us even if we do not provide your broadband.

Hard Drive Failure

 

At approximately 3:30pm on Thursday, 12th June, one of the hard drives on our server failed. Our technicians acted swiftly to replace the faulty drive with a new one and this was completed by around 4pm.

 

The server is now being brought back online stage-by-stage. Certain file system tests are running which will intermittently prevent all services from running. This includes websites, email, databases and CGI/PHP scripts.

 

We expect the server to be running normally by mid-evening. Due to the way the server mirrors its data across 5 separate hard drives, we do not anticipate any loss of data.
