This solution is again a fully bespoke professional design, but this time also includes our cmsXtra online content management facility with which you can create, populate, update and delete pages. 

Prices INCLUDE us setting up the first Seven pages. Optionally, for a modest fee, we can also create and populate additional pages for you.

Every site is designed from the ground up with the individual clients branding, their market place, intended audience, the necessary site navigation structure and any other instructions given by the client at the forefront of our minds.

The end result is a site that reassuringly reflects your current branding (assuming they have an established corporate identity), yet is "fresh",  modern, easy to navigate and provides the user with a positive experience.

In addition to content management, cmsXtra also adds the ability for you to add News items, a blog, image galleries and more.

Fully Detailed Quotations.

We will always provide a fully detailed quotation in writing based on your individual requirements.

We will provide you with a license to use our cmsXtra admin software with the site that we create for you. This can be provided as part of the design fee we quote (if you want to host away from pinkdylan) or, more usually, as part of the monthly fee you pay for hosting and product support when hosting on our servers.

Prices start at £999*. We are able to offer discounts if you decide to host on our servers, and if you do not require an unlimited page license (rarely necessary!). Price quoted is after maximum discounts (but not untypical).

• Bespoke Design built from ground up.

Licence:

• We will provide you with a licence to use our cmsXtra either hosted on our servers or on a server of your choice. Our quote will be based on your hosting and site size requirements.

Web Site - Content Management:

• Full content management/admin facilities allow you to set up, populate and update your pages as required (up to the number permitted within your licence if you do not require an unlimited pages license).
• Update from anywhere in the world (with Internet access and suitable software/security settings).
• Navigation system automatically updated as you add, rename, move or delete pages.
• Admin to upload images and files to use on the site or link to from the web site.
• "NEWS" facilities - set up news items with scheduled start/end dates. News menu automatically updated accordingly.
• Maintain a blog.
• Create image galleries.
• "Members Only" pages - you can define pages/sections as "members only" (if feature requested at outset).
• "Blocks" allow content to be included on many pages, but only requiring updating in one place (for example, address bar along foot of page - you can also set up your own blocks and insert into multiple pages as required).
• Contact form (and any additional forms) can be created.
• Header Images can be created for each page, with one image set as default. (Header images appear outside of the area controlled by the page editor, forming part of the overall design layout for each page).
• Backup facility provided.
• Free training provided via online tutorials.

User Accounts: (if requested at time site developed)

• Ability in admin to set up Users (members). Users can be given site viewing rights only, or
• Password reminder facility.
• Admin to download a list of users (name, email, last logged on).  
• Site owner can view or delete user accounts (except for pinkdylan support accounts).

 
We are able to populate your additional pages for you if required (first seven included), cost is £40* per page.

We offer FREE no-obligation consultations on-site for any potential client considering a bespoke design web site or e-commerce solution if they are located within 50 miles of Worcester, Lancaster, or within 25 miles of the M5/M6 motorway link between the two. Consultations may also be available outside of these areas and in relation to other services (such as Search Engine optimisation) depending on details.
