This solution is again a fully bespoke professional design and includes our online content management facility, but this time incorporates additional database facilities based on the individual clients requirements.

The possibilities are endless - from a simple "parts" database with search facility, through "estate agent" type sites to complex ticket booking sites with many events and real time links to currently available seats.

Prices INCLUDE us setting up the first Seven pages. Optionally, for a modest fee, we can also create and populate additional pages for you.

Every site is designed from the ground up with the individual clients branding, their market place, intended audience, the necessary site navigation structure and any other instructions given by the client at the forefront of our minds.

The end result is a site that reassuringly reflects your current branding (assuming they have an established corporate identity), yet is "fresh",  modern, easy to navigate, includes all the necessary database functionality  and provides the user with a positive experience.

In addition to content management, pageXtra also adds the ability for you to add News items.

We will visit potential clients (considering a dbaseXtra site) within 50 miles of the centres of Worcester or Lancaster or within 25 miles of the M5/M6 route from Worcester up to Lancaster free of charge, and without obligation. This is extended to nationwide should you be interested in a particularly large or complex site.

If you are looking for a modest size site, but are located outside of our 50 mile radius or M5/M6 route areas, it may well be possible to deal with everything by phone, post and email - it would hardly be the first time!

Fully Detailed Quotations.

You buy a licence to use the site and its admin facilities. There are different licence options available, depending on the number of pages you require and functionality required. You also pay a modest monthly fee for "hopsXtra" hosting on pinkdylan servers plus full pageXtra product support .

Every bespoke dbaseXtra site is different. The price will depend on both the number of pages that you require, and the nature of your database functionality requirements. We will always provide a fully detailed quotation in writing.

Prices start at £1799, but can potentially extend to tens of thousands.

Database:

• Database Functionality will be provided based on specification and as detailed in our quotation.
• Full database admin, database imports and reporting will be available (based on individual specification as per quotation).

Licence:

• Buy the licence you need - note, we will quote for an appropiate licence afer discussions.
• Licence requires the purchase of monthly support/hosting from pinkdylan for the life of the site.

Web Site - Content Management:

• Full content management/admin facilities allow you to set up, populate and update your pages as required (up to the number permitted within your licence).
• Update from anywhere in the world (with Internet access and suitable software/security settings).
• Navigation system automatically updated as you add, rename, move or delete pages.
• Admin to upload images and files to use on the site or link to from the web site.
• "NEWS" facilities - set up news items with scheduled start/end dates. News menu automatically updated accordingly.
• "Members Only" pages - you can define pages/sections as "members only".
• "Blocks" allow content to be included on many pages, but only requiring updating in one place (for example, address bar along foot of page - you can also set up your own blocks and insert into multiple pages as required).
• Contact form (and any additional forms) can be created.
• Header Images can be created for each page, with one image set as default. (Header images appear outside of the area controlled by the page editor).
• Backup facility provided.
• Free training provided via online tutorials.

User Accounts: (if requested at time site developed)

• Ability in admin to set up Users (members). Users can be given site viewing rights only, or
• Password reminder facility.
• Admin to download a list of users (name, email, last logged on.  
• Site owner can view or delete user accounts (except for pinkdylan support accounts).
