We host our clients sites on high specification servers that are never pushed near to their limit - servers that are either owned by us or rented exclusively for our own use. We never rent space on servers shared with other users.

Our servers are located at a major data centre that provides us with 24x7 support - enabling us to offer you the support you expect even if we lose remote access to our servers out of business hours.

These days we are all worrying more and more about the environment, and data centres use a surprisingly high amount of energy. You will be pleased to learn that our servers are located at the UK's first carbon neutral data centre, with carbon dioxide emissions being offset with tree planting and other carbon dioxide reduction and capture schemes.

All our hosting products include product support - hence the "hops" nomenclature. Product support includes a level of after sales service and benefits relating to the web site or application being hosted that is far above that commonly provided.

Our hosting packages are fully scalable upwards (right up to dedicated servers), but under normal circumstances the most appropriate hosting package will be the one named at the same level as your chosen web site ("Start", "Xtra", "Pro", or "Bspoke").
