Graham Cullimore B.A.(Hons) - Partner
Having spent over 15 years in charge of all financial, costing and systems functions within an engineering company - and managing to return a profit every year including through two recessions, Graham knows a thing or two about the real world concerns of business.

Graham has also had experience as a Wedding Photographer and with using computer graphics packages including Photoshop, his degree is in Business Studies (Finance and Systems).

Within pinkdylan it is Graham that does most of the design work, - as well as having overall responsibility for the ongoing development of the business. pinkdylan do not employ dedicated sales people, and it will usually be graham who first visits potential clients and produces quotations.
   
Lynn Cullimore - Partner (pictured)
With more than 25 years making television programmes at the BBC, Lynn has worked closely with many "household names" - with the famous and the infamous.

Lynn has worked under extreme pressure on Live News, where timing is critical and fast-changing - and on more glamorous events including F1 Grand Prix. Lynn has had to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life - from prostitutes to royalty, Lynn is a "People Person".

Within pinkdylan Lynn is in charge of Client Care - it is usually Lynn that answers the phone, and if she cannot help you herself she will ensure that someone else does. Lynn likes to get to know all clients wherever possible, and knows how to get things done. The clients interests are Lynn's  prime concern at all times.

Lynn is also in charge of day to day admin and bookkeeping functions.

   
Neil Hamilton - Technical Manager
Neil may be younger than Graham and Lynn, but having worked as a programmer and "techie" in the Internet world since leaving school, Neil has actually more "Internet years" years under his belt than either of them.

Neil is an accomplished programmer with extensive experience with Perl and MySQL which are often his preferred development tools, and with Apache and Linux web server technologies. Neil is also fully conversant with alternatives such as PHP and Microsoft technologies.

Neil worked for Charis Group and Zetnet (one of the original ISP's) for a number of years before setting up his own business, NSH Consultancy, offering programming and network support services to a diverse range of clients but with a significant niche within the Christian business community.

In the 1990's pinkdylan used Zetnet to locate servers, and started working regularly with Neil. In more recent times pinkdylan has used NSH Consultancy for a range of services including server configuration and support.

In 2005 pinkdylan acquired NSH Consultancy, and now Neil is a full time employee.

Within pinkdylan Neil has overall responsibility for all programming, database and server work together with network support and cabling.

   
Matt Fletcher - Programmer
Matt is the new kid on the block - but that does not mean that he does not already have several years experience under his belt.

With significant experience using PHP and MySQL, Matt has a number of major projects to his credit. Previously working for Neil Hamilton at NSH Consultancy, pinkdylan are pleased to welcome Matt to the fold following our acquisition of NSH Consultancy.
