Clients can, and often do, contact us for general advice in relation to anything vaguely Internet related - not simply directly linked to services we provide them with, but for example if they have received unsolicited emails (or post) that they are worried could be some sort of scam relating to domain names.
We also take pride in offering friendly and approachable support, don't worry if you don't understand techno mumbo jumbo, and don't be afraid to tell us if you don't understand something we are saying.
We try to be available 24x7, although offices are not manned round the clock. In practice, the only time clients cannot reach a human being immediately are if all lines are busy, or out of hours when we are out of mobile coverage.
